Twenty years ago I was a first-year scholar at the Griftland College in Soest. Recently 290 children of my old school,
ran as hard as they could, to collect money for Anak Wayang Netherlands, the small foundation I chair. The first-year
scholars collected together the amazing amount of 9.408 euro!

The reason these school kids were running so hard: Ficky, one of the first kids that joined the creative project Anak Wayang
Indonesia, almost ten years ago, is in Holland now and told all these children about his life in Yogyakarta and how it helped
him to become the successful pantomime artist, the young man is now.
