Red Rabbit:

Prepared and photographed by Puttyblog.nl

Ingredients:
1 rabbit (or a few legs)
red wine (the best you can get)
4 garlic pieces
4 red unions
4 celery pieces
4 tomatoes
salt, pepper, mustard and a handful of black olives
thyme, rosemary and parsley

Cut the veggies in rough pieces, and mix it with pepper, salt, olives and lots of thyme and rosemary. Put the rabbit on top
of the vegetables and herbs in a Roman Pot (romertopf). Pour red wine over, about 1 glass.

Put the rabbit in a hot air oven, at 185 Celsius for 75 minutes. Take it out, sprinkle olive oil over and put it back in again
for an other 15 minutes. Before serving the red Easter bunny, top it off with some parsley and mustard.

And now something completely different: Roly-poly

In English this animal has many names; cheeselog, doodlebug, woodlouse or roly-poly (when you touch it, it turns itself into
a ball and rolls away). In Dutch it's a pissebed (indeed pissing bed). Why? Click here for yet an other creepy animal close up.
