Arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa, for the Kids News Network Summit 2010: editors in chief from 8 kids news programs from Peru, Surinam, Dutch Caribbean, Zambia, South Africa, Mozambique, Jordan and Burma are attending a week long meeting in the country club Oakland.

It is autumn in the South of Africa - the colors of the trees are incredible.
The first group to arrive: Soelami from Surinam, Bernardo from Peru, me, Katja from Free Voice and Daniel taking the picture.
Today we can still relax; from Monday on, it is going to be extremely busy.
Later in the day the team from Zambia arrives. Next to the KNN Summit, there is going to be a training for the 'KNN Dream Team': 6 kids news camjo's from Mozambique, Zambia and South Africa are being trained to cover the World Cup next month.
The country club is an amazing & cheap place to stay - the only thing is that the wifi blocks all email accounts somehow. So leave a comment here, twit or sms if you need me. Ta!
